Terms and conditions:

Please note
-prices are approximate, depending on dog size, hair length, we may get in touch to adjust the appointments. Additional charges may occur, but we will always discuss those beforehand.
-we might need to adjust the time of the appointment slightly if necessary.
- we have a small, one on one salon and we do not have a waiting room. If you wish to stay with your dog we would need to arrange it beforehand.

Cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours will be fully charged. should for any reason you cannot make your grooming appointment or your dog cannot be groomed this will also be fully charged.
Cancellations are accepted online (you can find a link in your confirmation email) or in email. Cancellations are only valid if they are confirmed in email!

If you are late for more than 15 minutes for your appointment, we may need to reschedule and you will be charged in full as we might have an appointment right after yours.
After the session if your dog is not picked up in 15 minutes after the end of the appointment we would need to charge a late pickup fee of £10/every 30 minutes. Dogs may wait for their pickup in a comfortable crate after the grooming session.

The client confirms that their pet is in good health, has no injuries or wounds, no skin problems, up to date with vaccinations, free from diseases and contagious diseases and is not in season. The groomer reserves the right to refuse service or stop the grooming process at any time if the pet's health or behavior poses a risk to them or the groomer; this will result in the grooming appointment still being fully charged.

Clipping policy
I acknowledge that my dog may need to be clipped short to remove matting which cannot be brushed out. If this is the case, I agree for the groomer to make the decision to clip my dog's coat either by my instruction or for the welfare of the dog.
Sometimes after your dog has been clipped it can cause a clipper rash/ irritation/scrapes for them this is completely normal after clipping shorter or areas that are sensitive. If your dog does seem to be irritated after grooming you can contact us and we can advise you on what to do. Please do not let them lick the area as it may cause the irritation or scratch to worsen.

Flea policy
Please double check your dog before the appointment for fleas, as if they come in with fleas we will be unable to groom them and the appointment will still be canceled and still fully charged.

In accordance to the Animal Welfare Act, we will not spend more than 15 minutes de-matting. A matted coat may result in us having to
clip the coat short all over - our priority here is comfort as matting can be painful for the dog and dangerous to remove. There is an extra
charge for matted dogs due to the extra time it takes and excess wear and tear to equipment.
For some dogs, grooming procedures can be stressful, and can expose hidden medical problems or aggravate a current one during or after the groom. We will obtain immediate veterinary treatment for your dog should it be deemed necessary, and it is agreed that
all expenses for Veterinary care will be covered by the owner upon signing this contract/agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse/stop services at any time before or during the grooming process, this could be due (but notlimited) to an aggressive/stressed dog, health concerns or finding fleas.
If we find fleas/parasites on your dog, you will be contacted and asked to collect them immediately. Grooming will cease at whichever point we are at in the groom, a fee may incur and we will need to reschedule to finish the groom.
If you are dissatisfied with your pet`s groom please let us know within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
